Do you offer any warranty on your treatments?

Yes. Armageddon Pest Control offers a six-month warranty on our general pest control treatments (cockroaches, silverfish and spiders). If you discover an infestation within this period - please contact us, and we will discuss options moving forward.

How often should I have my home treated?

We recommend that you have your Cockroach, Silverfish, and Spider treatment carried out every 12 months. This ensures that you don't give pests a chance to breed up.

Is Pest Control Safe?

Yes. Armageddon Pest Control uses pesticides and baits that use formulations with the lowest toxicity available for application where pests live and breed here in Canberra.

My neighbour has had termites treated in their house, will they travel to my house?

Yes, it is possible that if your neighbour has had a termite treatment carried out, the termites can be moved on to your home.

Where do you treat for pests?

This will depend on which pest is being targeted. We focus our treatments on places where pests live and breed even where you can't see them. Depending on the type of pest, these areas can include roof voids, subfloors, full external treatments around your home including garages, sheds and pergolas and inside your home (skirtings, cornices, window and door frames).

Are white ants the same as termites?

No. Ants are no relation to termites, and in fact, there is no such thing as a white ant. Termites have been incorrectly termed as white ants purely by their bodies' colour and that they are similar in appearance to an ant.

If I have termites in my yard, will they eat my house?

Termites can travel 100 metres or more to access a food source such as your home. Therefore, it is necessary to have a termite inspection carried out to your home if you discover termites in your yard, followed by a preventative program.

Are non-toxic termite treatments effective?

Most definitely, in fact, Armageddon Pest Control regards them to be the leaders in termite control technology.
